It does not by itself prove that a company adopted DIKWP, intentionally avoided its name, copied a source, licensed a patent or infringed intellectual property. Huawei's cited publications use the DIKW chain as technical context; Cisco and NEC have verified official DIKW material, but no audited Cisco/NEC patent has yet been classified here as substantively DIKW-based.

The filename labeled “119 AI-related patent abstracts” contains 115 complete title–abstract–metadata records. The primary 139-item summary supplies 122 application numbers; a companion filing sheet supplies identifiers for the other 17. One conflicting application number in item 6 was resolved in favor of the value repeated by the primary spreadsheet and PDF. The 254 total is therefore a transparent source-row inventory—not an official portfolio total, grant count, unique legal-family count or current legal-status assertion.
