CN120407920A identifies CN118134640A's user DIKWP model and stock DIKW graph as prior art, then develops an alternative stock-screening method that still adjusts weights from user intent.
A high fingerprint score means a public architecture is worth attribution research and technical comparison. It does not by itself prove that a company adopted DIKWP, intentionally avoided its name, copied a source, licensed a patent or infringed intellectual property. P1 means an external patent expressly reused, cited or answered a DIKW/DIKWP record; it is not silently upgraded to direct DIKWP implementation. Huawei's cited publications use the DIKW chain as technical context; Cisco and NEC have verified official DIKW material, but no audited Cisco/NEC patent has yet been classified here as substantively DIKW-based.
